Spicy Cumin Bowl
Yep, another morning, another bowl. I don't know what it is, but something about a bowl makes breakfast more cozy and delicious! When I meal prep, I tend to use the same veggies all week, so things can get a little boring. I switch it up by changing what spices I use for seasoning. Today I was feeling something spicy, so I cooked up some baby red potatoes with rosemary and garlic salt. Then I sautéed my Brussels, squash, onion, and mushrooms and added cumin, pepper, and more garlic salt.
I add avocado to pretty much everything, so I sliced up some to put on top with an over easy egg and salsa verde! I need more than just carbs in the morning, otherwise I'm starving again in two hours. These bowls have carbs, fiber, protein, and healthy fats so I stay full throughout the morning and feel satisfied from all the flavor!
